In Pure Hackmons, anything hackable, mostly via Gameshark, into a Pokémon game is legal. In Generation 7, referred to as USUM (Ultra Sun Ultra Moon) by most players, there exists a certain Hackmon. Mega Mewtwo X, referred to just as MMX, is that Hackmon.
