You know how the call center phone tree will say "this call may be recorded?"

That means you are good to go.

As I have noted elsewhere - if they announce they're recording (generally most centers do, "this call may be recorded") then you staying on the line implies BOTH parties consent to recording. This includes YOU recording THEM.
