Text: I miss watching Doraemon... what a good show... 😭 I love this series for so many reasons. Nobita seems like the typical “can’t do anything right” protagonist you might see in a lot of anime but he’s also so authentically a kid. He thinks childish things, plays childish games, and gets upset over childish things.

Text: I love that he isn’t afraid to rely on Doraemon, who at times is like a mature adult and other times is just as childish as Nobita is. They really care about each other! And it makes me cry. Especially in the Stand By Me movie 😭 Nobita often takes his numerous failures quite hard, but he also always gets back up and gives tomorrow a shot. He might seem like the opposite of what you’d want in a hero, but he’s actually such a wonderful role model. Truthfully I love everyone in that show but can you tell Nobita is my favorite
