What terribly scary times. I hate this timeline. I’m sorry that this is becoming reality - it shouldn’t be. It’s not right.

Current distractions in life because I feel exhausted:

4. Books

It’s definitely not better. They want us in the office for the social aspect. I think one day a week is plenty for that.

Rumors keep swirling that they want us back in the office full time. We don’t understand why - we do 75% less work in the office than working from home.

The remote work debate was funny because it forced the question "Is a job something valuable you do or is it a place you go to be watched like daycare" and the answer for a lot of them was yeah it's the daycare thing now come on inside recess is over

Oddly enough I have never been one that can listen to audiobooks; I tend to zone out. I find reading the words evokes more imagination in my brain. However, give me a podcast, and I’m happy on my drive to work.
