See, the problem with this is, like, I research one horse, but to write a story she needs other characters to interact with, so I look at what other horses ran in some of her most important races, and now I have, like, 5-6 other horses I also need to research. 😅

My Uma brainrot is starting to hit the point where I'm, like, contemplating doing some research into Australian horseracing so I can try to write about one of our famous horses as an Umamusume.

I mean I don't have time now but maybe eventually. 😅

Yeah, Forever Young I knew about, what with him being teased after his Breeder's Cup win last year. It was all the other horses I had no idea about. 😅

Like, my knowledge of JP horses outside of Umamusume is basically:
- That one from the fanfic I like
- The one who threw his jockey off
- Jumpy boi from the gold family
- The one who went to the Arc last year

Maybe I should look into this more so I can be hyped with everyone else. 😅

While it is neat seeing the new stuff coming to the JP version of Umamusume (and to the Global server in, like, 4 years?), it does feel a little weird to have to everyone getting hyped over the new horses while I'm sitting there only knowing about, like, 3-4 JP horses who aren't in the game. 🙂
