I remember NGB as an absolut pain when I played it the first time (I was like 12 at the time). Went back to replay it just after playing Elden Ring and had the same reaction as you had. I wonder how much of it for me was just being older/more experienced etc

Turns out 30+ might be an exaggeration that only those this far south will have to deal with this weekend. But the point still stands

So given that it is going to be 30+ degrees in Glasgow this weekend. Shorts and linen shirts for the Joint session?

Hi Sarah, this looks a great initiative and I would love to join. However, I can't seem to get the link to work, could you point me in the right direction please?

The bit in Expedition 33 where an NPC asks you a basic logic puzzle, and if you get it right they call you a nerd is 10/10

Genuinely incredible. But then again, this could just as well have taken place here in Leicester

Does anyone know why so many business ethicists are working on Alaisdair MacIntyre-style virtue ethics?? Like half the latest issue of BEQ is MacIntyrean virtue ethics

Surely papers written in the early 2010s no longer count as 'new work' (definitely not asking as a result of claims being made in a paper I'm reading)

Just had a paper rejected from BEQ. It is what it is...

At the same time, these are undoubtedly the best reviewer reports I've gotten. 3 excellent engagements with the paper. Supportive, incisive and insightful, while critical at the same time (obviously, as the paper was rejected).
