Update: I'm officially out as trans publicly to basically everyone in my immediate life now. Two years ago when I first was approaching the realization I was trans I never would've thought I'd get this far, let alone this fast. I'm very lucky to know the people I know and live where I live. 💚

Started the process of fully socially transitioning lately. I live in probably the most progressive areas in this country, and despite having had no truly negative reactions to the people I've come out to I'm still nervous about it every single time. Exhausting coming out again and again though.

Finished Anthology of the Killer a few days ago and it's burned itself into my brain. Feels like how I think about designing games fundamentally has changed. I've got to make weirder games.

Thank you! We've been slowly working away on it behind the scenes, I'd say we're around 80% to 85% done now. Still some pretty major things left to do, but I'll just say that we've put a lot of work into making this an experience filled with things not seen before in other Chex Quest mods.

There's a beautiful simplicity to C I find at times, there's definitely value in learning C before really diving into C++. Then you can find and use the C++ features that make things more convenient or make up for language features that C is actually lacking in.

The unfortunate problem with making a good Sonic fan game (or Sonic clone, even) is the amount of time it takes to make them is usually way beyond what most people or teams can possibly put out.
