Went and messed with someoneβs 3d printer and printed one of my buses - it is incredible to see my work and effort into perfecting the geometry of the models in a real world object I can look at and appreciate even more

Instead you'll have under 30 year olds being rejected until they turn 40.

They refused to elaborate on what this meant

TOC Interview comes, they tell me that it is a "competency based interview" - and clarify that it is very similar to that already conducted by the OPC. I specifically ask them to clarify this...

They weren't able to give an exact score, but I'm sure them being hellbent on a certain demographic had nothing to do with that

So this one actually let me do the assessment and to absolutely no surprise, I passed all of it (including the competency bit - important for later!), which you would think yeah surely they wouldn't waste my time after this? ohohoh boy

Now you may think I'm judging people on their looks, but I can assure you they somehow willingly talk about this to other people - not sure why?
So I've been to the assessment centre twice - and I think this is the most revealing thing about it - younger people are simply not being allowed for the assessments. Every single time ive been there's not been a single person below 30, and we're talking 20 people for 1 and 10 the the 2nd
