Also consider looking at composting toilets. Chemical loos are hard work!

We have a "rock & roll" bed, which adds 2 seats when up, but quite hard to sleep on (we added a foam topper) and is a small double. Toilet is set in place with formers fastened to help floor, but your solution sounds great
