With the election looming, MSPs must support our collective campaigns to modernise the law and replace the Abortion Act (1967).

and others in support of the ‘Let’s change the act’ campaign.

In Scotland, there is no legal right to access abortion as healthcare. This must change.

This weekend at #STUCDisabledWorkers2025 disabled workers in Scotland are giving a clear message to the UK Labour Government ahead of the budget.

Thanks to @wdcouncil.bsky.social Provost Karen Murray Conaghan for hosting a drinks reception last night for #stucdisabledworkers25 sharing a message of solidarity and celebrating the everyday heroes who campaign for disabled people in their communities.

Fantastic first day of #stucdisabledworkers25 ✊️

Both NASUWT motions passed, with phenomenal speeches from our delegates on neurodiversity at work and hate speech while Carol, NASUWT, ably chaired the conference.
