I’m glad to hear it offered you a reprieve! And not shocked it conveyed some sea sounds, I was painting a hundred yards from the Nakalele blowhole and it’s the loudest spot I’ve been apart from Niagara Falls. 😆

Light Breaking Through

Golden hour light on eucalyptus is a classic California motif—I got to try my hand at it in this piece for the Catalina Island Conservancy’s show in October.

The painting is 20x30” and I’m honored that it went to the home of a friend in Southern California.
