Closing in on the 100lbs loss target. Really calm about just letting the final few pounds drop as steady as my body allows them. Everything is small margins now.

Zero shame in saying I’ve had help from #Mounjaro as well. It’s been great.

Training for the Great North Run. Knocked 3mins off my last 5km run time. Long way to go to be back up to half marathon distance but giving myself plenty of time to build back up

Scales haven’t moved for a couple of weeks but thought I’d do a visual comparison at the 6 month mark. #Mounjaro doing the heavy lifting removing the emotional eating and allowing me to focus on getting myself healthy.

In the 11st bracket, feeling like I can see the goal and maintenance. No decisions about final goal yet, taking it each 1/2 stone until I’m ready.

Been doing manly things the last couple of days and first day back at work.

With all honesty. Putting on a pair of 32 waist trousers, that do not have a stretch in them and wearing a coat that’s a small has elevated my mood immeasurably!

Christmas Eve. Full of lovely Biriyani. Starting to feel snoozy. No alcohol passing the lips tonight. Not in the mood for it.

Went out this morning for the last ‘bits’. Expected to have to cut a bitch but it was fine. Really steady.

Mounjaro mate. Changed my life. Been so easy and very few symptoms.

I hit 5 stone loss officially today, 70lbs (SEVENTY 😳) since I started 5 months ago.

Another 3lbs off this week and I’m now 1lb off the 2020 weight and the 5st milestone 😳🫣. 69lbs off in total. Won’t be long before there’s an 11st on the scale too. Haven’t seen one of those for about 15 years.
