I've ignored my health for long enough & it's cost me. Being trapped in power dynamics cost me all of my health. The least I can continue to do as I had last year is take care of me. It's a luxury to be able to & not one I'll have much of, but when we can fix things. It'll at least help.

By then, it's been too late for some of my dental health. And despite my extreme fear of doctors (due to medical malpractice & my mother), I went yesterday! 1st time since I was like 14. Hopefully, they will be helpful & get me on track so I'm not in pain anymore. It's a start to trying.

Sad to have a dentist be like "your so young" to the fact that I now need a root canal done. I said briefly, my stance on it. I'm a long-term survivor of child and domestic abuse. You don't think about your morning routine or have the luxury of consistent dental care. Trust me I tried as an adult.

After seven long & exhausting months of being at the vet constantly with Simon. He is officially stable enough with his condition. We hope it stays that way as we venture this year re-checking Millys condition & medication next. Cancer sucks, always. Human or pets. It's a difficult road.
