If the average voter cannot easily describe the *postive* political brand of a POTUS candidate in two sentences, they're probably gonna lose.

Nobody could do that for Kamala. Nobody could do that for Hillary.

Your policies need to be the sprinkles on top of the ice cream that is your clearly established political brand/image of someone that the voter likes and trusts.

Voters don't vote for policies. They vote for people and the policies are downstream of that.
