i'm so sorry for posting something so negative, but my cat is in danger. i had to bring him in for an emergency visit with the vet and he ended up diagnosed with a urinary blockage.

I 💯 understand this feeling. The way I usually get my brain to shut off that feeling is I get in a call with my friends and we do "blind drawing" where we draw smth random, close our eyes, and laugh at the absurd thing we just scribbled out. It helps bring back the joy AND makes you feel better. ♥
