One of my favorite moments from our #AWU2025 show on Saturday. While performing 'Breaking the Magic' (our parody of Twisted Sister), fursuiters were breaking the magic and tossing their heads up in the air! Damn, I love this community! Thank you all! Looking forward to Megaplex, AFC, and BLFC!

Now that we've had our show, I can reveal what I was building leading up to #AWU2025! A life-size "functioning" naval cannon! This was wheeled out during our final number. Using practical effects (smoke, air, lights) it was fired multiple times during the song, enabling us to go out with a bang!

Now that I've had a chance to relax, I want to thank everybody who made #AWU2025 this year the best yet! The people I met, the events we shared, and the antics we got up to made it one of my most memorable con experiences to date!

During closing ceremonies, I was recording the event and got both really cool and very terrifying shot of the Commander. Definitely didn't expect it nor planned for it. But part of me thinks he knew what he was doing. 😅

Also got to witness the amazing performance by @pawsandeffectband.com at #AWU2025!! The energy and songs were absolutely electric and honestly one of the best musical performances I've been to in a while!

cool thing I've never seen before at a furry con: AWU had a live band for the Saturday night dance! and @pawsandeffectband.com opened by encouraging the fursuiters to poodle while covering Twisted Sister, that was awesome

Social media platforms should use AI to check people’s comments *before* they post, saying something like “Are you sure you want to post this and let everybody know you’re a miserable an irredeemable c*nt? Or would you like to cancel and use the time instead to rethink where you went wrong in life?”

We didn't start the drama... but we sure like to sing about it every once in a while.

Happy to be bringing out show to FOUR conventions this year (so far). Coming up, starting in August, we have: AWU, Megaplex, AFC, and BLFC! We've got one heck of a show for you, so come and see us live!

Woohoo! I finished tailoring Timber’s bodysuit to fit @archiephodog.bsky.social better after adopting him from a good friend! No more saggy boi!

Adding another performance to the list: #AFC2025 has entered the chat! That makes FOUR convention performances in 2025 so far! That's four times as many chances to come and see us perform live, and hooboy do we have a show we've been cooking up for all of you!

So, who are going to see at the cons?

Here's the next band member that I drew for the new @pawsandeffectband.com logo, @chronowolf.bsky.social! They do vocals, write lyrics, and yes, play that keytar live on stage while fully in costume. Pretty awesome! :3

PomPumaDragon, also known as Pom, is an anthropomorphic puma-dragon with red fur, black and white markings, small wings, a tuft of white hair, and horns. He's smiling widely with an open mouth as he points to the sky, walking forward. It's implied this is a pose from him performing.

I illustrated three characters for the brand new @pawsandeffectband.com logo! First up is @pompumadragon.bsky.social, the puma-dragon hybrid that performs vocals and writes lyrics for the band. 🎶

Like, really... "Our license validation servers are down..." Yeah, that’s a fucking YOU problem, software. If you can't keep your servers up, it shouldn't blanket bar all your legitimate users from using the software while you get your shit together.

Nothing kills productivity and momentum more than an officially licensed piece of software (that you paid for) that frequently assumes you're not playing by the rules and must jump through hoops to prove you're a legitimate user. The high seas are starting to look damn enticing from here, just sayin
