(Das einzige, was bei Charity Aktionen für mich Sinn macht, ist, wenn ein Erlös gespendet wird, weil es sich da um eine direkte Finanzierung der Spende handelt, und vor allem Kleinunternehmer von Erlösen abhängig sind, um überhaupt spenden zu können)

Und wieso finden das alle normal, dass Verwandte und Freunde ansonsten scheinbar nicht bereit wären, etwas zu spenden? Könnte man da nicht einfach sagen "hier ist ein Spendenaufruf, lasst uns etwas zusammenlegen", ohne einem Jogger die Verantwortung zuzuschieben, wie weit er es schafft?

Privat finanzierte Runs verwirren mich mehr. Wieso ist es normalisiert, dass Freunde und Verwandte mehr spenden, je weiter jemand bei einem random Lauf mitgegangen ist? Will ich es verantworten, dass die Menschen in meinem Umkreis nur durch peer pressure spenden und nicht für den Zweck selbst?

Bei Sponsoren-Runs mit Trikot/Aufkleber verstehe ich es noch halbwegs, weil man bei städtischen Runs "Werbung läuft". Ich finde das zwar komisch, dass das Unternehmen sich als Samariter hinstellt, obwohl sie nur spenden, wenn sie einen Nutzen daraus ziehen, aber meinetwegen.

Vielleicht verstehe ich soziale Normen einfach nicht, aber kann mir jemand einen objektiven, emotionsfreien Grund für Charity Run geben, vor allem ohne Sponsoren-Trikot, wo die eigene Familie und Freunde die Spender sind?

Viele Konservative schimpfen auf den Nazi-Deutschland Lehrplan, sagen aber dann, wir sind viel zu regelkonform. Dabei ist das für viele der erste Kontakt zur Befürwortung von Regelbrechern. Womöglich unabsichtlich wurde uns beigebracht, dass das Einstehen für Gewaltopfer unverzichtbar ist.

So furchtbar unser Schulsystem ist, eins hat es gut gemacht: es hat unserer Generation klar und deutlich beigebracht, dass die Bürger, die sich gegen jegliche Moral an alle Gesetze und Vorgaben der Regierung halten, die wahren Übeltäter sind.
