I doubt Tomahawks will ever get to Ukraine & even if they did the Burger Eating Surrender Monkeys would put so many restrictions on them they would not be of much use. Just one of TACO Trump's regular threats, like severe sanctions or consequences, it never happens, just Epstein distractions.
