I'm feeling the same honestly. I've kind of been fearful of directly posting anything related to that, but at the same time I'm getting tired of being amicable to these types.

I personally thought it was unfair of them to be kicked for such a thing given they never posted it there as agreed, but I guess it's up to the server owners decision in the end on who they want in their server.

I think what started it is that a large tf artist was kicked out of a server earlier for posting it.

The person had agreed with the server rules not post to it there, but they were kicked anyway despite it being posted off-server.
