In my view Starmer will do whatever Washington wants, even if there's a small delay sometimes.
He was looking for a technicality to give the impression of not doing a Tony Blair.
He's pro Israel and v embedded with UK & US security services, so meaningful resistsance to Trump's war is unlikely.

Don't get too excited, Starmer always caves.
His reticence to join the war will be about technicalities only.
