It was a peaceful scene seconds before this. Definitely saw an infant, a 3 or 4 year old and a 5 year old right up there where the gas was being deployed.

A peaceful march organized by local unions past the Ice facility in Portland, OR with thousands of protesters was broken up by tear gas and flash bangs, unannounced and with children near the impact area. I have some video, what would be the best source to share with?
