08.08.2025 14:57 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0DLC #17 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered — The Shivering Isles | 2025-08-01
This was a good expansion with a solid amount of added content, but it felt shockingly normal for the domain of the "Madgod." I was hoping for more insanity, not just quirkiness.

Game #14 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered | 2025-07-29
In a lot of ways, I genuinely loved this more than Skyrim. Constant crashes and progression-halting bugs soured the experience, though... Didn't stop me from 100% completing the achievements.
Rating: 8/10
DLC #16 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered — Mehrune's Razor | 2025-07-27
I really enjoyed this quest, but my disappointment was palpable when I found out Mehrune's Razor, an artifact of a Daedric Prince, was weaker than the dagger I already had. Boo.
Rating: 8/10
DLC #15 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered — The Orrery | 2025-07-25
This one was meh. It was a fine quest, but I couldn't really bring myself to care about the Orrery, so it just felt like crossing something off the checklist for me.
Rating: 7/10
DLC #14 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered — Knights of the Nine | 2025-07-23
This is easily my favorite of the DLC. It's a decent length, with an interesting storyline, unique use of game mechanics, and some cool rewards. Too bad I'm not "worthy" anymore.
Rating: 9/10
DLC #13 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered — Vile Lair | 2025-07-22
The last of the four DLC homes, and the least interesting for me personally. I found it really late and I wasn't playing as an evil character, so it didn't do much for me.
Rating: 7/10
DLC #12 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered — Deluxe Edition | 2025-07-21
It was cool to explore two brand-new quests, and each one was interesting in its own right. I wish the exclusive gear you got at the end also had unique enchantments, though.
Rating: 8/10
DLC #11 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered — Fighter's Stronghold | 2025-07-19
This was my go-to home for most of my time playing this game, even if it wasn't as exciting as the Wizard's Tower. The Armourer buff came in handy, though.
Rating: 8/10
DLC #10 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered — Wizard's Tower | 2025-07-19
Easily the coolest of the four DLC homes, with some genuinely useful additions. Went back and forth between this and the Fighter's Stronghold.
Rating: 8/10
DLC #9 | The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered — The Thieves Den | 2025-07-15
First DLC down on my TES4 journey, and this is a cool little house. Grateful for the useful spells and abundance of lockpicks, at least.

The new Razer BlackShark V3 Pro headset shows that we can get some incredible gear when companies actually listen to us.

04.08.2025 22:33 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Razer's new DeathAdder V4 Pro wireless gaming mouse is an astounding feat of engineering, and I can appreciate that even if I won't be keeping it around.
It's still one of the absolute best you can buy.
I grew up with Skyrim, but I finally get what people have been saying. Oblivion (Remastered, at least) is better.

I've already reviewed a LOT of tech and games this year, so I spent a few hours summarizing my favorites of 2025.

I've believed in the potential of Android gaming handhelds for years, but had to make the best one myself with a tiny tablet and mobile controller.

It isn't technically a "gaming keyboard," but the Keychron K8 HE proves it's still one of the best in our review.
Another reminder that "gaming" doesn't mean the same thing anymore.
Game #13 | Crime Scene Cleaner | 2025-06-28
A nice little break between larger games. It's an unserious, gore-tastic simulator about, well, crime scene cleaning. A fun and relaxing 8 hours, and an easy 1,000G for achievements.
