To me the mystery of Coverfly folding is they run the software all the contests use. Not the entry fees- the bts software. That’s how they were free to writers and also attributed accolades. Your best bet moving forward is still a commercial project, strong logline and querying producers. #scriptsky

It was literally the first thought I had when I woke up this morning before my eyes opened. I believed Coverfly was the future of how writers get discovered and break in, and where meritocracy would triumph. It’s like the draw bridge burned. Fine. We need a Trojan horse next. I’m still bummed.
