But there are parts of me that actually love life and so many little things and that are hopeful for a tomorrow that’s peaceful and okay. It’s just more hidden when my brain gets loud.
But if I could take away all the triggers and bad memories it would be different.

It’s more the version of me that is so traumatised and has to live with everything that happened is sometimes so distressed that the only “solution” my brain sees to cope is being suicidal. The part of me that carries all the trauma and is terrified of certain things doesn’t want to fight anymore.
