We’ve been going to a gym called Exurgo twice a week since May. They offer a program called Functional Fitness and I LOVE it. I never thought I would feel welcomed in a gym, let alone miss it on vacation, but I do.

Going to a gym with no AC in the middle of a heat wave is… challenging. Glad I am doing it though

The only thing that annoys me about BS is that I can’t separate the friends I follow from the other groups I follow. So if that group is very active, my friends’ post get buried in the mountain of stuff from the groups

I’m using the meds more as a plateau buster than anything else and I think I will see the needle move down now.
Still can’t believe I was able to buy pants size 14 yesterday.
I haven’t worn this size in over a decade.

The first set of meds didn’t do much for me, but then I was already at a very low caloric intake. I have more hope with this new dose.

I see people of all shapes, sizes and abilities there. No judging or weird looks, just a bunch of people doing their best

Loving the Exsurgo gym in Ashburn so much! The owners have been really proactive in coordinating with my PT to make sure I don’t hurt myself and are adapting workouts to my limitations.
