I literally can’t wait for that appointment on Tuesday and I know depending on what I get prescribed it could be fast or take a couple weeks to notice but my god that will be better than feeling like I am dying or sick to my stomach the point of nausea

I’m so anxious I feel like I’m going to die.

I wish I lived somewhere that I could see the Aurora

I leave the house and all of a sudden I have tears again

Things are going to be okay and eventually the anxiety will not make me feel like I’m going to die or do something crazy because I don’t have anymore bad coping mechanisms and I’m not learning new ones.
