What is this thing about trying to convince childfree people to have kids? Like the last thing I would say to somebody who says “I don’t want a dog,” is: “go adopt a dog.” You live your life, I’ll live mine. (I’m actually asking, why are people so invested in the reproductive choices of others?)

As a cat owner, nothing, NOTHING, will ever deserve the term “preen” more than one of my cats stretching and purring and- possibly- prancing around while being pet. So if I use this to describe a character’s reaction to something, I mean it, because that shit is precious. #writing #cats

Have we lost our ability to distinguish fiction from reality? Because so much of our lives are virtual? IDK, but I’ve been getting a lot of reviews lately mad at the characters in my fics, but also saying that they’re not mad at me. Y’all, I wrote them that way, do you really not get that?

Fandom should be fun. Like what you like. Romione doesn’t make sense to me, but I’m glad they make you happy. I’m not trying to convert you. I just like to engage in debate without it devolving. None of these characters are perfect, that’s what makes it fun to explore the journeys they could take.

I don’t hate Ron. I just point out that he’s flawed. What we’re given in canon doesn’t speak to Ron turning into a reliable adult. I’m all for stories explaining how he grows up (that’s why I like Dramione) but I don’t see how Ron and Hermione are at all complementary romantically love them as BFFs
