Exhausted.

Someone on here said that videogames offer a fantasy of predictable rewards for one's work, which in real life might not be rewarded at all. I think about it a lot!

I wanna make small silly games for no profit and be completely self sustainable somehow. How do I achieve this

I develop software in primarily imperative programming languages from JavaScript to Python to C/C++ and I have a preference for gamedev.

I dream of working at a well-paid remote-only worker-owned cooperative.

If such a place does not exist, or out of my reach, I think I want to start one. Maybe.

i sometimes joke that social media is gamification of relationships for surveillance capitalism.
i wonder how it would be if it was “ungamified”. does the numbers game make it addicting & keep us coming back? can *just* making connections with people, without that urgency for competition, be enough?

Annoying Imbecile (AI)

Someone just tried to argue with me that Israel is not "committing 9/11" and I just want to point out that Israel has committed is the equivalent of six 9/11's if the Twin Towers had been filled with kids and babies only. Israel committed a tenth of 9/11 but all victims are kids last weekend alone.

Getting slapped in the face at 9 y.o. ended up in having that pain in the back that is scoliosis in the 30s.

Temperature when going to sleep (at 4am because struggled to sleep in this cold)

Some of them are loud empty cans!

They talk over everyone then hear nothing from us. And they keep repeating themselves because they're not getting what they want to hear. And they dismiss and override everything that we say.

Then when we message them what they did not hear, they get irritated.
