80 years ago today the United States dropped a single bomb which obliterated the entire city of Hiroshima. Less than a kilogram of uranium underwent nuclear fission.

It's wrong that a woman serving as deputy FM should feel it necessary to step down in order to have time with her young children.
I really don't like many of Kate Forbes' views and I'm relieved to see her gone.
