Traditional is best. Though years ago, when I had the time and energy, I heard tell of a shortbread/gingerbread battle.

Oh, Ma Raccoon and the other kit were in the refrigerator too—I'm sure it was Ma who opened it. But upon hearing my mom coming they beat a hasty retreat—she saw them run for the screen door—but the other two must have gone too deep, felt cut off and made a survival decision to hunker down in place.

When my mom went to check out the noise, Ma Raccoon+1 kit ran for it, while 2 kits tried to hide in place!

Takes me back to visiting the incredible wax anatomical models at the Museo Delle Cere Anatomiche at the University of Bologna (I’m sure you’ve been!)

Yeah, we hung out for a bit, but it became clear the cops had been there for a while and would probably be there a while longer. It was late afternoon and lots more to see, so we drifted off to window shop and find a nice restaurant. 😄

Amidst all the fun of seeing Prague a decade+ ago was this tiny bit of delight. In the swish shopping district, among all the regular cars, this Ferrari was illegally parked. And booted. With two policie (just off camera) happily—oh so happily—hanging out, waiting for the owner to return.
