Lost a lb of muscle, a lb of fat and a lb of water in the last couple months

Perfect, sunny, crisp fall day for a bike ride 🍁 I have lost ~10 lbs in the last yr but I keep losing muscle along with fat. 😤 The integrative health practitioner I see said it’s bc I need 90g of protein per day. That just seems like so much if you only eat 2x a day. If anyone has tips or tricks lmk
