To be clear, I read the news all the time. I just tend not to watch it on TV or even the internet.

I rarely watch the news; but I stopped in to watch the last minute of the football game & stuck around for the news.

It was NBC. The rightwing, pro-empire framing of 3 different segments was just ghastly.

But it does help highlight how folks reach such different conclusions based on their sources

Oh totally fine. I had an article due and first year of teaching, so not getting enough sleep.

I've had a handful of seizures in the last few days (simple partial--I just lose auditory/speaking, nothing worrisome) that are probably related to fatigue, but I made it to the gym.

I'm not going to compete for a bit, so I'm doing lifts I want (Olympic) instead of those I hate (deadlift).
