Our newest intern is Sara Brizio, who is pursuing a master's degree in Migration Studies. She is completing her master's thesis on the intersection of language and culture in trauma therapy, with a focus on the professional encounters between interpreters and therapists.

On the 18th of June, Gabriel Abarca-Brown will participate inthe workshop 'Culture and Psychiatric Paradigms during the Cold War' @bihatcharite.bsky.social‬, where he will talk about afterlives of radical psychiatry projects developed during the Chilean Road to Socialism (1970-73).

A two-day interdisciplinary and multi-regional workshop on resilience was organised at CULTMIND recently. The group engaged in a mapping and visualising exercise of resilience. You can see a summary of their conversation here:
