Looks like more liars are coming out of the wordwork to defend rapist and harasser Zak S. Some things to keep in mind:

1) A settlement is not the same as losing in court
2) A judge found several statements about Zak coercing Vivka Grey into sex to be true

Zak S is a rapist and a harasser, you're carping for a rapist and harasser, and I'm not particularly interested in listening to rapists and harassers or those who support them.

As for the lack of criminal cases, probably something to do with the horrifyingly low rape conviction rate in the US, and the stigma female rape reporters experience. Like the harassment Zak is putting these women through, for instance.

Ah, so you are a hypocrite. Well then, I'm going to go ahead and block you, because you're clearly only here to cherrypick the court's statements, while I have acknowledged both the statements found true and those found false. Have fun out there defending a rapist and harasser.

I agree that the court ruled that Zak did not physically force Vivka to move in with her. Will you agree that the court, in the same case, ruled six other statements about Zak coercing Vivka into sex to be true? Because if not, you're a hypocrite.

Furthermore, even if I did present you any sort of proof, you'd just say it was wrong because Zak told you so.

I trust the court system more than I trust Zak S, a rapist and harasser who has been previously repeatedly caught out in lies.

Because it's a question with no useful purpose. I don't have to relitigate what happened in the courtroom, there was an entire trial that did that for me, and according to the judge's statement most of what Vivka said was found to be true.

The court also ruled that 6 of her statements about Zak being a rapist who coerced her into sex were true. Why is it you never acknowledge that? This is the same court who awarded him that whole dollar, clearly you think they're just and correct because you keep posting the ruling.

You're sitting there talking about the judgement in the most broad, vague terms hoping that's all people will look at, when in fact the court ruled that most of what Vivka said about Zak the abuser was true, and says so in the detailed statement released at the end of the trial.

You do realize that what you keep posting doesn't invalidate anything I've posted, right? Zak was awarded $1 as a result of the court finding one of the defendant's statements false by a strict definition of the word force, but at the same time the court found 6 other statements to be true.

The judge has already looked at the proof and made statements, which I copied and pasted above. I just have to refer to the Final Statement of Decision filed with the Superior Court of California County Of Los Angeles.

Directly referencing the final statement of the court record is not a crime, and the fact that you say it is is just more proof of how you're willing to lie to protect a rapist.

Accusing someone of rape is not a crime. That's deliberate fearmongering done as a chilling effect on the victims of Zak S and their allies, to try and get them to be quiet about his sexual abuse of women.

Let's take a look at that judgement, then. Sure seems like the court agreed with the defendant when she said Zak forced her into sex. So it's not a crime for me to call him a rapist, because that's a thing he does.

You really should rethink your life, that you're so hellbent on defending a rapist.

These statements concerned Smith forcing a woman to have sex with him, whenever he wanted, even if it was painful for her, and threatened to kick her out of their living space if she didn't comply.

That means Zak Smith is on record as having coerced women into sex with him. That's rape.

No judge has ruled on the validity of such statements, and therefore they carry no actual weight of legal decision.

2. The one case in which we did have a judge examine and rule on statements concerning Zak S's relationship with a woman, 6 of 7 statements against him were found to be true.

Just a reminder for everyone, with rapist Zak Smith and his harassment brigade popping up on BlueSky:

1. Statements released as part of a settlement agreement are merely what the other party requested the settling party to say, and are not an actual indicator of guilt or truth.

This is riddled with misinformation, blatant untruths, harmful accusations, and support to racism.
