It's been coming for a while! Today got a new PB - at Fleetwood Promenade parkrun.
Chuffed to bits 🥰
The 5th consecutive improved parkrun time in 5 weeks. 51 seconds quicker than last week. A new personal PB 😁.
Much progress still due to improve times.
Thx to all the volunteers without whom...
Another PB for Stanley Park @parkrunusa.bsky.social today. That's 4 pb's in 4 consecutive runs. Off to Fleetwood Promenade parkrun next Saturday to nail a new all time PB 🤞.
After 7 months of injury, finally getting some progress. As always, thanks to all the volunteers 👏

Today's run for the local hospice.
About 2,000 Santas out on Blackpool Prom for a 3km run / walk and raising much needed funds.

Slightly out of focus (blame Tony!) but today was #parkrun volunteering at home run - Stanley Park, Blackpool again.
Been out of commission for a couple of months with a bad knee, but cleared for take off next Saturday to resume running 🤞
