Made some loaves using my own recipe this weekend. I developed the recipe from FWSY and watching multiple The Bread Code and Culinary Exploration YouTube videos. I also loosely used baker’s percentages to figure out amounts. I’d say it turned out pretty good.

Today’s sourdough, lightly toasted with butter, strawberry preserves, and brie. Made for a nice snack.
