As per Mone / Barrowman, exactly the type of company that would have been more quickly exposed if the UK had progressed with proposals for them to have to post their profit/loss account at Companies House. But, the UK Gov't just shamefully kicked this anti-corruption measure into the long grass

The global minimum tax is bruised but very much alive and kicking - Fair Tax Foundation Don't believe the hype - the global minimum tax is still advancing and there is much to celebrate
