Depression Leaves You exhausted no matter how much you sleep. Makes you lose interest in things you love and makes everything feel impossible. Makes you feel sadness, shame, helplessness, pain and then makes you believe it is your fault. Convinces you that people you love have forgotten you. Can make you think uncontrollably about ending it all. Isn't your fault and does not make you unworthy of the love you deserve.

I'm aware of instances where it's just what you have to do to survive. Not everyone can choose to shop outside of Walmart to survive, as well as other essentials. It's going to places like Chik-Fil-A, In and Out, etc. Unnecessary purchases with choices.
