We are hoping to make an update post this week outlining what’s been going on for the last couple of months. The bank we are working with has taken today and tomorrow off so we are pushed back a couple of days, but we will update you as soon as we can. Thank you everyone for your patience!

Sneak peak of our new printer!
-Better colour accuracy than our previous unit
-Faster print speeds
-Better anti scratch overcoat for prints and labels
-64” max print width
-Solvent free ink with no harmful chemicals used
-Lower power consumption for print curing

We are rebuilding the studio into a new space and will be back up making stickers and prints very soon!

all orders now to ensure they have the right CUSMA exemption paperwork as currently Shopify is ignoring the country of origin and the HS code on products.

We noticed today that Shopify, our website host, implemented a system to collect import tariffs into the USA. They did not inform us they did so and as we didn't opt in, all orders to the US were not able to pick shipping.
I added a new flat rate option to cover the US as I have to manually ship

We will be adding card stock also soooon, right now I have satin photo paper for prints, thanks for the shout out <3

As for the import tariffs from the cheeto-in-cheif, we are schedule A exempt as our material/ink is made from USA suppliers and the stickers are obviously made in house. I just have to figure out the paperwork to be included with the orders but you will NOT have to pay import fees on stuff we make!

UPDATES!
All the new equipment we ordered is now in the city and ready once we get possession of our space!
We have had some serious delays getting the space to make the new studio, new estimate for production start is the week of the 9th Sept. We will announce the end of the promo when we can!

We will ALSO be offering new freebies from our galvo laser engraver which are thrown in with orders.

and will support better finishing on colour accuracy AND will support even higher quality un-laminated stickers for things such as labels and product stickers.

The new cutter is also faster than the current unit and we can use it to offer (once the new material is quality tested) full holographic

All the orders made at that time will be done live on Twitch so you guys can check out the new setup!

Why the new setup? Well, this studio space will be 100% owned by us and focused only on fandom orders. Before I was running a split setup to support the equipment, the printer will be even faster

Once the new discount is in place you can place an order for future production on the new printer, the timeline is NOT FIXED!

There will be a box to check that you understand the orders placed at the discounted rate will be produced once the new setup is in place. This can take up to 6 weeks.
