On NYE 1999, employees and maintenance workers were in the CCOC office waiting for the ball to drop and ensuring that systems were still operating due to concerns about Y2K.

For our first post on Bluesky, we're recognizing a long-time tenant and volunteer! Rod Manchee (right) has lived with CCOC for over 40 years. He served on the Board in the 70s and 80s, two years as President, and facilitated the purchase of CCOC's first apartment building, 258 Lisgar! #HumansofCCOC
