Montana Governor Signs Right to Compute Act into Law
Montana Governor Greg Gianforte signed into law Senate Bill 212, the Montana Right to Compute Act (MRTCA), the nation’s first law affirming the right to own and use computational technology.
With the signing of SB 212, the "Right to Compute Act," Montana just became the first state in the US—and probably the first place in the world—to recognize computation as a human right.
Thanks and congratulations, Senator Daniel Zolnikov!
