One of the biggest things to me in appeal in a drawing is the contrast between straight and curved in form. It’s not universal for every type of drawing, but for me personally it’s important and often when I see a drawing that feels mushy, it’s lacking this. This diagram is by Stephen E. Gordon (?)

For being a nerd about religion I have somehow yet to see either hah.

Did you know gorgonopsids have parietal eyes? It’s true! Here’s a cyonosaurus being worked on at the lab by Prim, who also worked on the Tufts-Love rex here at the Burke. I’ve circled the eye and pointed it out, it’s a rad thing you guys can play with in character designs w gorgons! #ref #sciart

I'd say at that point you've tried due dilligence and were I you I'd just note that I tried reverse image searching and does anyone recognize it. I try to put myself in the shoes of the other, so if someone wanted to share my art and tried to find me honestly and couldnt, sharing+asking =next step
