I’m a very deep empath and everyday it’s people suffering and terrified everywhere you look. I’m so sad. So tired and I hate police now took I never hated police but now they are the same as ice at least to me. I don’t trust any law enforcement anymore. I never used to feel this way .

Today was a sleep in, “I don’t want to” “I just want a purple dress” kind of day, so no outfit today guys. Just her favorite strawberry shortcake. But she did let me do her hair and agreed to a selfie. I’ll take it.

7 years ago today, I took my last swig of El Jimador. As someone who battles addiction and mental health issues, the fight's never truly done. It’s one round at a time, just like Rocky, and I'm still standing. Every day is a new chance to come out swinging. I'm grateful for each small victory.

I’ve been learning a lot the last couple of years as I’ve been working on doing my part in all this while taking care of my parents at the same time.
