もちろん私が医者から言われただけで個人差があるので真似しないでね

２ヶ月に一度くらい一日中吐き続けるような偏頭痛もちだったんだけど、医者から偏頭痛カクテルという薬の飲み方を教わって以降、生きるのがだいぶ楽になった
もしそれが効かなかったら大人しく休むという指標にもなって私には合ってたみたい
もうすぐ吐かなくなって半年くらいかな
辛抱強く色んな医者に相談するのって大事なんだなと思った
