Warm-Up Practice - Movements to Receive

Part of our warm-up collection. This practice can be used for all age groups with any size ball.

Start with throwing the ball before moving on to passing.

The 3-4-3 Amorim system provides time on the ball in deeper positions and draws centre backs out of the defensive line.

Hojlund—this is his game. The system is perfect for him; he should make these runs all day.

At Anfield, from 60 minutes, Forest had numerous counter-attacking opportunities.

Nuno had sucked Liverpool into attacking with their full-backs with conservative, wide players, and then the subs (Elanga, Hudson-Odoi) changed the dynamic.

Expect to see the Liverpool full-backs in a more conservative role.
