Jeffrey Epstein asserted his 23rd Amendment right (which is really weird). It grants electoral votes to Washington DC. I believe Epstein was sending a signal that he knew Trump's political ambitions, and any honest answer would cause trouble.

Ghislaine Maxwell did not die in Jail under Biden. She was tried, convicted and sentenced to 20 years, under Biden. Survivors were able to sue and claim damages from Epstein’s estate under Biden.
