- make me enjoy them less, not having them cold, letting them sit and get flat. Its fucking tough, sugar and caffeine are popular addictions for a lot of people, so take it slow, and don't think about the negatives, just the positives, as well as things you can add that aren't as bad for you.

Trying to go cold turkey sucks, I know some people try caffeine pills, but I find them to be almost like a placebo. You get used to everything in the redbulls, and its the combination of everything that you're addicted to. I love the taste of monster too, so I usually cut back by taking steps to-

I drink 3-4 monsters a day currently, thankfully not many full sugar ones now, but I know its because my digestive issues prevent me from absorbing everything to its full extent. I've had more in a day, but the process is multi-faceted. Cut back sugar-free, or reduce other sugar in the diet first
