Just spent the past few days working on these features for #ProjectArrhythmia #BetterLegacy (now in 1.8.4)
- actorFrameTexture modifier that allows you to capture any area and apply it to the object as a texture
- setImage modifiers now apply a texture to the object
- Objects now have color blending
In the #BetterLegacy mod for #ProjectArrhythmia, you can create navigate-able levels, alongside rooms that can be culled out when the player is not near.
Also, each room is a singular prefab with different modifier settings on each of them.

The 1.8.0 update for #ProjectArrhythmia #BetterLegacy just released!
A very brief summary:
- Level collections
- A ton of Prefab features (recursive, runtime system, uploading / downloading, etc)
- Seed based random
- Custom achievement system (each level can have their own achievements)
- And more!
Just to clarify how this works:
Levels can be included with the Level Collection folder or they can be referenced via an Arcade Server ID / Steam Workshop ID. If a level is not found in the collection folder, it'll prompt to download the level from the server / workshop.
The 1.8.0 update for the #BetterLegacy mod of #ProjectArrhythmia (Legacy branch) includes a brand new feature: LEVEL COLLECTIONS! With this you can make custom stories with better flow, progression and even have level hubs?!

Decided to port the Prefab preview feature from the modern #ProjectArrhythmia editor to the #BetterLegacy mod. However, it works a little different here.
In this version, you can set a custom icon via a JPG or use the new capture area feature.
(btw yes I have so many character models oh god)
For the longest time I've been trying to figure out how to make a series called "RhythmTech" for #ProjectArrhythmia. (this series has the Colatric boss in it)

Coming in the 1.7.0 update is CLASSIC ARRHYTHMIA Chapter 1, a classic yet fresh take on the PA story mode.
No release date yet, but we do have an internal deadline.

Background Objects are now better to use than ever before in the #BetterLegacy mod 1.7.0 update. I always liked the uniqueness of these things from old #ProjectArrhythmia so it was about time I improve them.
