Decided to return to my childhood roots and participate in an archery lesson yesterday! It was fun, but it is clear I need to practice and exercise more since my accuracy was not the greatest and I am super sore after the fact. Can't wait to improve over time!

Kitten at the vet
Took Asta to the vet to get her parasite prevention booster shots. Poor baby did not like it at all. She was very nervous and scared to the point where she had a heightened heart rate and temperature. But at least she is healthy. She even gained a pound since her last visit!

Went on a 5 mile hike at Bear Creek Pioneers Park near the Addicks Reservoir yesterday. It felt great to be in nature and get some much needed exercise in. I even got to see a memorial statue and some cute birds! (But I am super sore now and realize how out of shape I am lol)

Yenalba, @raphgg.bsky.social, and I checked out the new Round1 arcade at our local mall. It was lots of fun! We played some fun games and grabbed a bite together. We also won some cute plushies out of the claw machines! Can't wait to go again sometime!

I am excited to be returning to a normal stream schedule starting this week!
I am going all in on Texas Showdown practice by practicing 2 fighting games a week on a rotating basis, starting with GBVSR and GGST!
Also gonna do variety and continue playing Final Fantasy 16.

After taking a few months to grieve the loss of Dexter, Yenalba and I decided it was time to welcome new animals into our home. I wanted to adopt a bonded pair since I always felt bad that Dexter never had a furry companion in his life. So, everyone, meet Kaia and Shadow!

Got my new PC and desk set up! Feels great to have a spacious sitting-standing desk that can comfortably accommodate all of my stuff and doesn't make me feel cramped. It's also refreshing being able to seamlessly play games on the highest possible graphical settings, especially while streaming.
