As Oregon considers rolling back child welfare reforms, advocates cry foul Officials in Gov. Tina Kotek's administration say that stricter child welfare regulations are deterring institutional care providers from serving Oregon foster children.

"..all those reports are making it more difficult for screeners at the state abuse hotline.."

This isn't a good reason to roll back reforms in #Oregon that have saved kids from child abuse and neglect!
